Welcome! I’m Thomas Tucker, a Registered Social Worker and the founder and owner of Arbour Therapy. I am dedicated to helping individuals with mental health concerns by providing effective psychotherapy that leads to lasting health, healing, and happiness. My clinical practice is devoted to enhancing personal wellbeing through a therapeutic relationship based in empathy, compassion, and acceptance, ensuring safety, trust, and confidence. I have expertise in working with clients who have difficulties managing their emotions, unhealthy coping behaviors, negative thought patterns, insecure relationships, and/or disrupted sense of self. I have training and experience in treating conditions including anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, anger, and obsessive compulsive disorder. I specialize in treating Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder. I have extensive experience in working with adults who have a history of disrupted attachment relationships to parents, caregivers, family members, or intimate partners that continue to affect their current relationships, self-esteem, and social connection.
